Kevin believes in creating fun Kiwanis events like this St. Patrick's Day Governor's visit for Governor Bill Milligan's official visit.

Division 22:
Immediately after serving as Club President, Kevin was installed as Division 22 Lt. Governor for the 1993-94 year. Kevin was actively involved in building the Kiwanis Family by leading efforts to build a new Kiwanis Club, a new Key Club, and assisting another club in building a new Builders Club.

Kevin stressed communication and relationship building during his term; he established a Division 22 newsletter, established monthly phone calls with club presidents, and introduced regular divisional council meetings to the division.

Once again, Kevin received distinguished recognition from Kiwanis International as a Distinguished Lt. Governor. While Kevin was serving as Lt. Governor, he was also serving as District Secretary-Select (actively helping the Governor-Elect with the planning process for the 1994-95 year.
