You may recall the line in “Gone With the Wind” when Rhett Butler says, “Frankly my dear, I don’t
give a damn!” Abrasive? Yes. Effective? Yes. Why else would we remember it years afterward?
Normal Kiwanis Club is going to try it again. Except this time the production is entitled “Gone With the
Passing of the Wind”, and we are asking you to “Give a Damn!” and help support our efforts. Abrasive?
Yes. Effective? We hope so!
At 6 pm on the evening of February 5, 2010, Scarlet O’Hara and Rhett Butler bring their zany characters
to the new Normal Marriott Hotel for an entertaining, interactive murder mystery dinner theater and you
are invited!! All proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction benefit The Penguin Project of McLean
County.
